You also need the lower intake machined as well. Also will they plug into 90-94 harness or do you have to splice new plugs into it?

Im guessing new connectors. Their site says 95/96 only at one part.
Yeah thats what Coz said ...i forgot about the machining thing.

hey B do you have a link or ordering info??? Do they have 555s as well?

370s
450s
555s
650s
740s
go to deatschwerks.com and click "buy injectors". since you are planning to upgrade turbos, I would go with the 650s at the very least.

I've already bought the turbos GT2560Rs. 555s should be plenty with what i want to do. I am not looking to get 600hp ...450-500 is fine with me....plus the budget thing

Oh yeah i get that but i'm not sure i want to get into the whole thing replacing the fuel rail and connectors. It would be nice if they had the old style and i could be done with it....we'll see.

pallnet can make the rails. probably cheaper than 300degrees. good quality stuff, he had a vid up a while back where he pressure tested one of his o-ring rails to 150psi+.

what would he need to make it happen?

initial price should end up at $240 or less.

he said he can offer a rail setup in exchange for an intake setup, one time deal, first come first serve.

he needs the upper and lower plenums to make sure everything fits correctly before shipping out

after that, they will be for sale.

If I send him an upper and lower plenum, he will make a 300*-style fuel rail for the 740's?

Do I understand you correctly?

top feed. not side feed. he said he doesn't have the equipment to make side feed rails yet.

Isn't that what we are talking about?...a 740 top-feed injector rail for early VG30DETT's?

Forgive this dumbass non-gearhead if that sounds like a flame.

it looked like the rail linked in ballistic's post was a side-feed rail. i haven't seen a 300* rail that worked for top feed injectors.

email pete, he could probably answer more questions than i can.

no offense taken.

thats what we are talking about...Top Feed injector rail.

I have an OEM rail and the lower intake that I could send.

Evil, invite him here. we have some questions to ask that he could explain to 4-5 of us instead of one on one.

I have a few pics of an aftermarket rail setup that has the rails sitting above the upper plenum and uses hoses that run down to the injectors. I have an idea of what you guys would want. Does anyone have some detailed pics online that I can look at before I commit to haveing some parts shipped to me? I would like to get an idea of exactly what you will want. I'm thinking something that will house 11mm or 14mm O-ring top feed injectors and bolt to the stock intakes with little to no modding to the intakes themselves.

I do know of a few JY motors that high flowing injectors can be robbed from, this is the coolest thing about making custom parts. I can make my rails to fit cheap and easy to obtain injectors for the budget racer.

Yes Chris relayed it correctly, I do offer a one time deal for anyone who has a spare intake setup (Upper, lower manifolds and stock rail would be a plus). I offer a full trade, I keep the manifolds and that person will receive the first fully tested and working prototype. We each cover our own shipping and the manifolds become mine. The reason I keep the manifolds is I like to do quality control checks often and mounting rails to the manifolds is the best way to do that.

Prototyping is not an overnight thing, to be honest I'm booked till after Z-mas. I like to keep myself open around this time of the year for spending time with my family and last minute orders.

Let me know what yall think.
